Cancellation Policy
Sweet Pixelz Photography – Photography Session Cancellation Policy At Sweet Pixelz Photography , we understand that life happens and plans may change. To provide the best service possible to all of our clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies are in place: 1. Booking & Retainer To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable retainer of $300 is required at the time of booking. This retainer applies toward your total session fee and guarantees your spot on our calendar. 2. Client Cancellations * More than 7 days before the session: You may cancel for any reason. The non-refundable retainer will be forfeited or transferred to a future session, but no additional charges will apply. * Within 7 days of the session: Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and a cancellation fee of [e.g., 50% of the remaining balance] may be applied. * Same-day or no-show: If you fail to show up or cancel within 24 hours of your session, the full session fee or retainer is non-refundable but is transferable. 3. Rescheduling * At least 72 hours notice: We allow one complimentary reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Additional reschedules may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. * Less than 72 hours notice: Rescheduling within 72 hours of the session will result in the forfeiture of your retainer, and a new retainer will be required to rebook. 4. Weather & Emergencies In the case of inclement weather (for outdoor shoots) or unforeseen emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. This is determined at the photographer’s discretion. 5. Photographer Cancellations If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will offer a full refund of all monies paid, including your retainer, or reschedule at your convenience. 6. Communication All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or text. Please ensure your request is acknowledged by us to be considered valid.
